It is interesting (for me) that when the bar is raised in Christianity, i.e. discipleship, the words LEGALISM and PHARISEE raise with it. We have carefully devised strategies to protect ourselves from doing. Modern Protestantism has drowned in a version of grace that stunts almost all doing. Why do you think this is?
